Nordic Steel seeks project engineer in HVAC

We are looking for a project manager for HVAC. We deliver a lot of ventilation ducts and equipment to large and small projects in energy and offshore, offshore wind, land-based facilities, aquaculture and more.

If you have experience as a project manager and with the pricing of all types of steel structures, you may be the right person. The tasks are mainly processing inquiries, price calculation, checking drawings, preparing documentation for production, project management and final documentation.

The right person gets a lot of responsibility, so you must have the ability to manage the projects yourself from A to Å.

Tasks:

- Calculation and pricing of welded structures

- Dialogue with customers and colleagues to find the best solutions

- Preparing offers for customers

- Develop HVAC-R technical solutions

- Prepare the necessary technical documentation

- Project manager for own projects

- Follow-up of projects and customers

- Participate in solution tests with suppliers

- Technical support for installation and commissioning

Skills and attributes:

• Experience as a project manager, project employee and/or technician within ventilation
• Experience with calculation of welds and welded structures
• Engineering or technical college within ventilation
• Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education
• Understanding of specifications, drawings and documentation requirements
• Master both Norwegian and English, written and oral
• Solution-oriented team player
• A relationship builder with creamer spirit
• Good collaboration skills
