We are now looking for an inexperienced but willing to learn person who wants to work as a trainee in calculation, pricing and project management of all types of steel structures.

Have you worked in something similar but in other industries before? As an estimator, you'll be responsible for tasks such as processing customer inquiries and preparing prices. You must be solution-oriented and enjoy a hectic and varied working day. If you're also good with people, see opportunities and are commercially minded, then you belong with us.

Tasks:

• Calculation and pricing of welded structures
• Dialogue with customers and colleagues to find the best solutions
• Develop quotations to customer
• Contribute knowledge about technical solutions
• Project manager for own projects eventually
• Follow-up of projects and customers

Skills and attributes:

• Experience with sales, costing and project management
• Background in welding and/or sheet metal work is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education
• Understanding of specifications, drawings and documentation requirements
• Master both Norwegian and English, written and oral
• Solution-oriented team player
• A relationship builder with creamer spirit
• Good collaboration skills
