In Klepp, the primary school has a brand new extension with a large, beautiful amphitheater. Nordic Steel erected the steel structure and carried out the roofing work.
The extension consists of an auditorium, where eight meter high concrete walls have been built for an amphitheater. The building also contains a canteen with kitchen, music room and rehearsal room. SR Entreprenør was awarded the turnkey contract for the extension to the school, which was ready for occupancy in spring 2021.
The extension to Kleppe school is one of several developments that Nordic Steel was involved in at the same time.
- "We had major jobs with both steel construction and roofing work at Kjerrberget School in Sola and Madlamark School in Stavanger, in addition to Kleppe. We carried out roofing work at Tryggheim Strand School in Tau and for the multipurpose hall in Jørpeland," says Pål Jacobsen.
